docs(kaisa): make UCM HiFi the only supported path

Browse Source 
Promote UCM2/HiFi (Jack-driven) as the primary delivery, add HISTORY.md,
remove ProAudio/REPRO docs and non-UCM scripts, and fix repo-wide references.
