60b7cd389f docs/scripts(kaisa): add doctor verify mode and HDMI readiness checks 
Add a more detailed --verify flow to capture Jack/ELD/subdevices, route per sink, and collect kernel error windows. Improve --fix with readiness gating, retries, and connected-only selection; document single-monitor pcm mapping behavior and ignore local logs/artifacts.

bda6b60c15 docs(kaisa): make UCM HiFi the only supported path 
Promote UCM2/HiFi (Jack-driven) as the primary delivery, add HISTORY.md,
remove ProAudio/REPRO docs and non-UCM scripts, and fix repo-wide references.

17f0a4521f docs(kaisa): ProAudio 主路线、WirePlumber default-profile 与一键脚本 
- 新增 OPERATION_PipeWire_Kaisa_ProAudio / UCM_HiFi，核心问题复盘与恢复 Ubuntu 重测手顺；HDMI 旧文改为 stub。
- 脚本：apply / verify-pro-audio、strip default-profile、reapply-session、remove deb 与 UCM overlay、verify-audio-environment。
- systemd-user：kaisa-pro-audio-reapply.service 示例。
- README、docs 索引、REPO_INDEX、REPRO deb 存档说明；deb 标为未来计划；reference/ucm2 与采集脚本小改。
- debian 与 _bmad-output 规划文件随本次工作区一并更新。

5c7d0aa360 fix(ucm): use top-level SectionDevice in HiFi.conf for ALSA parser 
Nested SectionVerb caused alsaucm "no use case device defined", so PipeWire
never exposed the HiFi profile. Document alsaucm check and reinstall path.

3c7860c96f fix(wp): force HiFi profile for Kaisa UCM so HDMI routes appear 
WirePlumber often kept stereo-fallback when only enabling use-ucm, hiding HDMI.
Set device.profile to HiFi, disable api.acp.auto-profile, and document recovery.

60f249773e feat(kaisa): UCM2 Jack-driven HDMI + WirePlumber UCM Lua 
Add GoogleKaisa HiFi UCM with JackControl and IEC958 sequences for HDMI1/2/3,
card entry under conf.d/sof-rt5682, and main.lua.d rule to enable UCM/ACP on
sof-rt5682. Add install/disable helper scripts and OPERATION section for
verification; restore pro-audio wireplumber sample under docs.

Clarify sink/ELD/Jack mapping pitfalls, add drain-timeout troubleshooting, and document a baseline snapshot workflow for repeatable HDMI audio verification. Debian packaging is explicitly deferred until validation is complete.
